The Challenge

Where they started

Ahava is a boutique, out-of-network practice led by Dina Abramowitz, LMHC, with a brand she had built herself and a site on Wix. The brand was right; the site was holding it back, and the practice was not being found in AI search at all. Her clients search for very specific kinds of care: ERP for OCD, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, therapy that understands Jewish identity, support for nurses and healthcare workers. A single generic site could not answer each of those searches directly, and it had to keep meeting the privacy and clinical-disclosure expectations of mental health care.

What We Did

Our approach

01

Started from Dina's own brand and expanded it into something more substantial, keeping its feel while giving it a fuller site to live on

02

Rebuilt the site as a custom Next.js build she owns outright, replacing the Wix build with a larger website

03

Built 11 dedicated service pages around the practice's real specialties, from anxiety and OCD to depression, teen therapy, parent support, and therapy for nurses, each with its own FAQ section and FAQPage schema

04

Wrote 23 original resource articles on the questions prospective clients actually ask, with Article schema, so each topic has a page that can rank and be cited

05

Created individual pages for both clinicians, Dina Abramowitz, LMHC and Etta Krinsky, MHC-LP, with their specialties and modalities (CBT, EFT, ERP), plus an Upper East Side location page with MedicalBusiness schema and a statewide telehealth section

06

Added a short service quiz that points a visitor to the kind of therapy most likely to fit, a contact form that routes straight to the practice, and a reviews page with a submission form and Google and Yelp review links, currently showing three published five-star client reviews

07

Prepared the site for AI search: llms.txt, a sitemap, and a robots file that explicitly allows the major AI crawlers

08

Put the compliance pages live from the start: HIPAA notice, privacy policy, and clinical disclaimer, with the 988 crisis line surfaced for visitors in distress

09

Connected GA4 so enquiries can be traced back to the pages that produced them

“I already had a brand, and LGM expanded it into something much more substantial. Within the first week I noticed more visits and more people finding me through AI searches, which I had never shown up in before. My first lead from AI came within 30 to 60 days, and it opened a whole new way for people to discover me. Moving from Wix to LGM was a game changer.”
