How does the management fee work — is it the same regardless of channels?
No — the management fee scales with the configuration you run. AI First (one platform) is $500/mo. Local TV (CTV + audio, 2–3 platforms) is $750/mo. Total Stack (all five channels) is $1,200/mo. The fee reflects actual campaign complexity — you're not paying to manage five platforms when you're only running one. All ad spend goes directly to the platforms and is entirely separate.
What's the minimum total budget to get started?
