Devorah is a board-certified DNP, APRN, FNP-BC with deep clinical expertise across primary care, medical aesthetics, and wellness. She was starting her solo practice from nothing — no brand, no website, no digital footprint whatsoever. The challenge wasn't just building a website. It was building a full entity: a recognizable brand, a structured content architecture that would rank on Google and surface in AI-generated answers, and a patient acquisition system that worked from day one. In healthcare, trust is everything — the site had to communicate credentials, care philosophy, and the personal nature of a solo practice simultaneously.

Built the full website covering three distinct clinical verticals — primary care, medical aesthetics (Botox, microneedling, PRP, Repechage), and wellness (IV therapy, NAD+, GLP-1) — under one cohesive brand architecture
Wrote and structured 11 original clinical resource articles targeting high-intent patient search queries across five categories: weight management, medical wellness, aesthetics, IV & injections, and skin & hair
Implemented full GEO and AI search optimization — FAQPage schema on every service page, Article schema with clinical authorship on all resources, LocalBusiness and MedicalBusiness structured data, and SpeakableSpecification for voice and AI answer surfaces
Built healthcare compliance infrastructure from day one: HIPAA notice, medical disclaimer, and privacy policy — essential for search engine trust signals in regulated health verticals
Created a lead capture system: a free 15-minute consultation form with same-day response commitment and a Wellness Starter Guide lead magnet to build an owned patient email list
Integrated Instagram (@devashwellness) with cross-linking from the site, establishing social entity consistency signals used by Google and AI crawlers to verify business legitimacy
Submitted the full 31-page sitemap to Google Search Console and configured structured data validation to ensure every page was indexed, crawled, and eligible for rich result features from launch day
