Otzaro launched a purpose-built profit and inventory intelligence platform for wellness and aesthetic medicine practices — a highly specific product in a market that didn't know it needed it yet. The challenge wasn't just building a website. It was building a digital presence that could reach independent nurse practitioners, medical spa owners, and GLP-1 clinic operators who were actively Googling for solutions — and educating the ones who weren't. With no brand recognition and a niche audience, every word on the site had to work.

Conducted deep keyword research targeting high-intent B2B queries: "profit tracking for medical spas," "COGS tracking GLP-1 clinic," "inventory management medspa software," "margin intelligence wellness practice"
Wrote AI-optimized content structured to be cited in ChatGPT and Perplexity when practice owners research practice management tools — each page structured as an authoritative answer to a specific operator question
Implemented full schema markup including SoftwareApplication, FAQPage, HowTo, and Organization schemas to maximize structured data coverage
Built separate landing pages for each practice vertical — medspa, GLP-1 clinic, IV therapy — each targeting the specific search language and pain points of that audience
Set up GA4 and full conversion tracking so every demo request, trial signup, and contact form submission is attributed to its source from day one
